Tracy Straight, Executive Director of The Historic Wayne Theatre, founded the project 25 years ago and now leads it with passion. Armed with a Master's in Leadership and Supervision from James Madison University and a Bachelor's in music education from Virginia Tech, Tracy's journey spans from teaching music to cultural leadership. Her accolades include fostering award-winning choirs and chairing the Waynesboro Cultural Commission.
Tracy's dedication extends to regional tourism as Vice President of Shenandoah Valley Tourism Association and a board member of Greater Augusta Regional Tourism.
As a community leader, she's also President Elect of Rotary 7570. Tracy finds balance as a devoted mom to two teen boys, Jack and Christian Bear, with the steadfast support of her husband, Chris.
