This class is focused on the energy, breath, and focused practice of yoga.

The teaching artist will tailor it to the needs of the class, whether that be "yoga for the performer" or "yoga for YOU".

Last Day to register for this class 1/28/26. (Last Day to apply for scholarships is 1/21/26)

Session meets from 6pm-7pm on Monday, February 2, 9, 16, 23, March 2, 9, 16, (No Class on March 23) and 30.  

Class location is Studio Wayne.

A fee of $6 will be added to registration at the time of purchase.  ($3 for Historic Preservation of the Wayne and $3 for Ticket Handling) Thank you!
