Ages: 18+
Yoga is an integrated system of 4 process tools: ethics, postures, breathing practices, and meditation. All these seemingly different tools of yoga work to bring balance to the mind and the whole system in order to move to a deeper understanding of one’s true nature.
It’s a deeply spiritual practice and way of life that involves self-knowledge. Isn’t acting a way of life, as well as a deep practice that also involves self-awareness?
Session meets from 6pm-7pm on Monday, September 15, 22, 29, Oct 6, 20, 27, Nov 3, 10. No Class on October 13.
Classes will be held at Studio Wayne.
